M4PC Complete Sale of Prominent Industrial Unit in Cwmbran to Parker Environmental

M4 Property Consultants has completed the successful sale of Index House, a substantial 12,000 sq ft industrial unit located on the Ty Coch Industrial Estate, to Parker Environmental, a leading specialist in ductwork fabrication and hazardous systems.

The property, which was launched to market in March 2025 at £700,000 for the freehold generated strong interest from day one. Within the first week, M4 secured four viewings and received three solid offers, culminating in a sale agreed well above the asking price.

Parker Environmental, currently based at the Polo Grounds Industrial Estate in New Inn, Pontypool, had been actively seeking expansion space for over a year. The acquisition marks a 75% increase in their factory capacity, enabling the company to scale production and enhance storage for long lead-in projects.
