A chartered surveyor and commercial property agent with over 18 years in the property industry; Dan has previously worked for DTZ, in the Bristol office, and then helped established Parrys Commercial. Born in Newport, Dan has a detailed knowledge of the local area and extensive contacts in the local business community. He is considered a commercial property expert in south Wales.
Dan is a determined character with a ‘can do’ attitude. He is willing to break from tradition and offer more creative solutions where required. He enjoys his work and hopes that clients enjoy working with him. Dan also has developed an understanding of how to relate commercial property matters to everyday business decisions enabling him to develop close relationships with local businesses and occupiers. Finally, Dan has a strong belief in customer service, regular contact with clients and working together to ensure clients’ aspirations are achieved.
During his time with DTZ and Parrys, Dan developed knowledge and expertise in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, development, investment, valuation, rent reviews & lease renewals and property management. Clients who Dan has worked with include HSBC, Reed Plc, National Probabtion Service, M&G Asset Management, Fi Real Estate, Driving Standards Agency & many more.
Despite enjoying these previous roles, a desire to provide a more personal, creative approach to commercial property advice (sometimes restricted within a larger organisation) always lingered. In order to overcome this and provide the level of service required, Dan set up M4 Property Consultants. Dan loves being a commercial property agent and the thrill of a deal.
